Duration: Phone and in-person sessions are 60 minutes. I will
call you at the number you provide for phone sessions.
Frequency: New clients (in-person and phone) are required
to commit to a minimum of ten sessions that commence on a
weekly basis. This is the minimum number of sessions and the
frequency necessary to clarify your challenges and create
the change(s) you want in your life.
