Payment:
Sessions must be paid in full prior to each appointment. All payment methods are accepted including credit card, check, and cash. For your convenience you can pay online or via phone with a credit card, send your payment by mail, or pay in person just before your session (if you are meeting in person). You can also provide your credit card information and establish recurring billing to coincide with each session.
Promptness: Please note that sessions begin and end promptly. If you are not available more than ten minutes after your scheduled session time, the cancellation policy (below) will apply.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session for any reason, please contact me immediately by phone at 720.212.4200. Keep in mind that my session preparation begins during the 24 hours prior to our meeting. Early cancellation also makes it more likely that I will be able to help someone else during your time slot.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $75 cancellation fee, even in the event of an emergency. Prior to our first session, I will require a current credit card number to put on file in the event that there is a future cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
Canceling and postponing sessions sometimes occurs when a client begins hitting resistance as they become more aware of their challenges and fearful of their power. This policy will help you overcome your resistance and help you honor your commitments to your Self and me. It is essential that you remain as committed to your growth as I am.
