"Hi Ingrid, our last session allowed me to pursue the truth about my core issues and it is alot about boundaries and giving myself space to make my decisions for my life. As I take back my control, a lot of opening of my heart is becoming clear through the love that is in my life. It surrounds me and I don't walk in fear as I allow myself to open and flow. I have disconnected with my relationships with others and I needed to go deep to nurture myself. When I think of boundaries, I think of healthy limits that I have for myself and allowing others to take responsibility for themselves. I observed myself not rescuing others and it is amazing how resourceful people become when they are held accountable by just me stepping back and observing. I love this space I have found and it is so empowering to be connected in a clear and simple way. I have just begun to discover myself and I am so interesting and there are so many layers to peel and discover more and more that I stuffed when I was hurting. I am strong, wise, and just starting on this journey to the center of me. Thank you for being my spiritual guide and knowing what to say and how to listen to me...
